Hey gang, made it up to the lake. Went out Monday evening and Tuesday morning. Monday evening stayed around 86 bridge. Caught 1 Lm on the bluff end across from docks. Caught 3 on the island in front of the Big cedar hollow. Not sure what it's called. 1sm, 1lm & 1spot. Caught all fish on a drop shot robo worm 4in. On Tuesday ran over to Indian point area and hit the island in front of tribesman resort again sorry not sure what you call it. Caught 1 smallmouth and 1 spot both small fish. Fish seem very scattered . I went into a pocket with 30 - 40 ft in the middle and caught a really nice Lm on a spook toward the very back. Ran around to the points in front of Indian point dock . Only caught 1 small spot. Hopped several more points but no dice. Spent today with the wife. I will be back at it tomorrow. I am thinking about heading up long creek and throwing that spook. I have been unable to run anything down consistent. I have a red/wht BassCat. Stop buy and say hi. BM.

Thank You to Ozark Ranger, Champ188 and rps. I am looking forward to a little time off. Champ I also live in B.V. I really enjoy chasing the smallmouth & spots when I get up that way. As you mention the drop shot has served me well over the years, should be able to pick up a few. Have not fished this year as I have in pervious years. I moved up to NW AR in 95. Since then I have fished in a couple of local clubs, both of which have dried up. The second just last year so have not had the energy to search out a new club yet. Last Year we also caught so nice LMB up Long Creek. Again Thanks for the info. Always helps to get some local intel. BM

Hello, new member here. Taking some vacation time and will be fishing the Branson area 7/24 - 7/30. Was wondering if anyone had any reports specifically around the Long Creek or Dam area. I fish Eagle Rock area just do not have a chance to get up to this end a lot. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank You..
