crappie fishing

put in at cedar ridge and ran all the way to aldrige.found 53 degree water down there and also a few white bass.we hit some conservation brush piles with minnowes and caught several crappie .but not many keepers.the keepers we had were from 12 to 13 inch range.the fish seemed to be in the 20 foot range.has anyone been down since then.i might go this sunday.

I started fishing the ozarks waters with my dad at an early age and have never stopped.He started my brother and i on the james and sac rivers.He also took us to fellows,stockton and tablerock.I just found this forum and wanted to be apart of it for the information about the fishing on the lakes and rivers.For those of you who are like me i cant wait for spring run to start.I already have a fishing report from a lady that works with me.She said that her and her husband live by taylors bridge on the sac river and they caught whites on 3/30 and 4/1.Good luck and good fishing
