Camped and fished over memorial weekend, slow trolled minnows in 12 feet of water in maze creek,
used the wind to our advantage, had a few keeper crappie but allot of action as the largemouth bass
were tearing it up, had a couple that went over 2 lbs. Released them to fight another day.
Night fished same arm under lights and again in abouth 12, feet lots of action, about a dozen keeper crappie and
every once and a while a white that would try to rip the pole out of your hand, they ran about 1 1/2 lbs.
Eyes were elusive but managed a couple, talked to others at marina and fliker shad, tiger pattern crankbaits
and silver grubs worked in 10 to 20 feet trolling shoreline.
GOOD FISHING.
