I have never fished for these before are they hard to catch? They look like a nice prize. I know they have a length limit and rightfully so but are they worth eating?

Back in the day we would bundle a huge brush pile together tow it in a flatbottom and sink it in 10 to 15' of Water catch some nice crappie off of it for a few seasons.
