Right around mile marker 81, next to Turkey Creek Cove.

Ok, I was wondering if someone can help me out. Im looking at a place a block from the lake at Spring Branch Cove (been looking at it for quite a while now). Heres my question. Theres a marina with a boat ramp at the base of the cove. I was told its owned by some homeowners association, but I cant find any kind of name or contact info. I was interested in buying in so I could use a dock and the ramp when Im down there. The place were buying is part of the lakewood association but I cant figure out who owns that little marina. If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it very much. Were 99% sure on the place, but I dont like the idea of having to drive miles to a public ramp and taking the boat out of the water every night. Thanks!

I am thinking of purchasing a place in the lakewood village subdivison near edwards MO, its not on Lake of the Ozarks, but is just acrossed the road. I have a few questions I was hoping someone could help me with. What can I expect fishing-wise from this part of the lake? I like to fish walleyes, crappies and catfish mostly. I have an 18 foot aluminum deep v with a 70 horse motor, is it enough boat? It has always done great on big lakes up north, but Ive heard LOTO can get rough and I know the pleasure boaters are crazy there. Are there bars/restaurants in close proximity (within a few miles) of where I'll be? Is the area decent for hog hunting? If anyone could answer any of these questions, I would raelly appreciate it! This is around mile marker 85, next to spring branch cove.
