As promised I'm reporting back and will like to submit my name to the list of Ned believers thanks to the contributions of those on this site. Fished around Kimberling City and caught 5 keepers and many 12 to 14 7/8th inchers. Looking forward to going over to my buddy's house next weekend on LOZ and will have plenty more rigged up.

I concur with Stricker9, I recently joined the forum after moving back to KS from the CT. I'm trying my best to make the trout to Bass fishing transition (although there is obviously great trout fishing in SW MO as well). I appreciate the tips and pointers and I'm hopefully ned rig prepared for when I'll be at Table Rock next week.

Hi everyone....I'm vowing to fish more for the new year so here I am looking to learn more about the great fishing not far from home in KC. Grew up trout fishing in CT with my dad using push button reels and worms, but have spent time trying to learn how to fly fish and have graduated to being pretty proficient with a spinning outfit. I get to travel for work so I often try to incorporate fishing when I'm on the road as much as I can, especially when I make it down to Florida to hit the salt water. Tight Lines! -Andrew
