Had a limit in 45 min Monday moring on the water at 7am and off by 8:15am jig and bobber 2 fow

Was at stockton last 3 days. Go up in the river arms and you will find crappie. Had a limit in 45 minutes on Monday morning . Using jig and bobber set at 18 inches casting right up to the bank. Caught fish using this same method everywhere we went as long as temp was 55 or better. Color did not matter alot.

4 days started today had a limit in about an hour of fishing this morning same place same way still all males. Took the wife back about an hour and a half later and spent 2 hours to catch 4 . Hoping it is an early morning and late evening thing.

KRAMER didn't have any shorts. I lost as many as I kept due to being to lazy to get my net out and all the slack in my line from the wind blowing out half a spool of line every time I would cast. As for you basschomped enjoy work while I enjoy 4 days on the water with the crappie biting

Put in at 39 today got a limit of crappie. All males except 1 caught all of them on jig and bobber set about 18 inches deep. Black and chartreuse seemed to be the color of choice. Water Temps was 57 degrees were my fish came from. My boat was in about 5 feet of water . I was fishing a rock pile in a small cove that the wind was blowing straight into. My guess is the next couple of weeks are going to be fun times for crappie fishermen. .

Years ago there was a bait store in greenfield that had one one the wall that was supposed to have come out of stockton . I have heard that they stocked them in there years ago.

Myself and a buddy caught these fish Sunday up CC fishing bluffs. Still anywhere from 5 to 15 fow bouncing jigs.

Been catching them on bluffs at CC right at the bank out to 15 feet of water. Had limits last two days but you had to work at it. Was a very light bite .
