With Grand Lake no longer available for shad I have struggled to find a place close to Beaver to net. Keystone in OK has plenty but keeping them alive to Beaver is iffy. I was wondering if anybody here on the forum has tried Siloam Springs City Lake? If you have and it's worth going to, are there special permits or will a Arkansas fishing license do. I'm only able to make it to Beaver 2-3 times a year so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, - Jim -
