My next question is I havent heard much about the fishing, water temp, clarity, etc up the james river or if its even worth pre fishing it for a tournament? The last time i fished it we did real good in the piney creek area but that was springtime 4 yrs ago....
Im pre fishing a tournament and would like to spend some time in the James river the 1st day of practice. We're staying around the Kimberling city area . What is the best ramp to trailer over to? Would it even save fuel by doing so...? Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!
