  1. Thursday caught 20 fish with 9 keepers from 8:30 to 12:30. Let my 13 yr old daughter play hookie on Friday and went back to same area, but fish weren't there. Went up towards India Point and found 15 with only 1 good 3lb keeper...but she caught several 14.75 inch fish which was fine with her....and dad too. Glad I was able to get her a few. All on Ned...PBJ and CC.

  3. Bill...it's the TRD on a Dave special 1\8 Oz head.
  4. A little birdie that makes Ned rig jig heads on this site mentioned the gravel banks around Coombs Ferry are good as temps go up....THANKS! WT = 58 Sunny Main lake gravel banks and points. I bet I didn't fish over 200 yards of bank in 4 hrs. Caught 25+ mostly 14 inches long. 5 keepers.

  6. I use the zman shroomz jig head. I haven't had to use any glue, but the hook seems a little week as I find myself bending it back after a good catch or hang up. I've started using these weedless soft plastic guards to keep from hanging up as much, but worried that they affect presentation. The jig pictured is an example of the weed guard...not my setup.
  7. Thanks Fish. I went back and read some posts from last year and found a lot of good info.
  8. 12.5 inch Kentucky.
  9. Harrison Bass Club - put in at Lead Hill 7am - 3pm...about 10 anglers Fishing was slllloooowww. Only 1 limit(under 12lbs). 2 guys didnt' weigh. I fished Ned rig for first time. I wasn't real confident with it because I wasn't real sure on how it's suppose to be presented. Caught 1 keeper LMB(Phantom grn wart) and 1 spot(Ned - PBJ). Partner caught his(16inch LMB) on an A-rig. I had another good puller on Ned but got off. Big bass was over 5lbs on an A-rig. I'm really wanting to get this Ned rig down. I know the best jig weight is 1/16oz. Wondering if you could use a 1/8oz on a weedless standup jig? Should the bait be worked like a worm/jig?
