Anyone know if State Park on Y Open. Have gone by there several times and gate always shut and no vehicles or signs of activity ?

Have not seen any fishing reports lately. Thinking about going fishing next week and was wondering how the trout bite is and if water too low for jet boat. Any information is appreciated.
