Went to fellows today caught a limit of 9inch crappie, let everyone of them go, if it's not 10 or better not going in my live well, it's a small lake, and believe it or not he fish are limited. Not as many as you think.let the little fellas go ,

there is trout but don't waste your money, very few but a lot of small mouth towards the river after the bridge, it is catch and release after the last bridge until the signs at the mouth of the river.

Head up to high point first week of April, I'm 40 and have been fishing the lake for 28 years. Go up in the river, or even head up in maze creek, I usually have a lot of fun fishing a yellow color withholding a 4 blade, it makes more noise and vibration.

Looks like know one answered your question, I go all the time so have no problem telling you how fishing is, I hear about all these guys telling these fish stories but no one will really give another fella a tip. Fishing is slow right now, and fish are deep and the cold front is really gonna slow in down. I only go to fellows lake to fish with the wife and kids. I fish Stockton. I'd be. Glad to let you know where some crappie are up there.

I will definitely do that now, but at least it's a cheap fix and a lesson learned -
My boss has let me off for the 20th on my b.day, would like to know how the fishing is around rockaway beach, wanted to take my boat but since people up here around Springfield don't know how to discard there fishing line at the boat launch, my wheel bearings need to be replaced, so ill be fishing off the dock

My father caught one a little over 10lbs in 1996 I believe was the year, on a willow leaf spinner bait early in the spring, close to the whistle under the road.

Was wondering if anyone has encountered fishing line in there trailer wheel bearings from the boat ramp at fellows? Found it all around the boat launch so now I'm replacing my bearings and seals, now I know why my dad taught me at an early age to discard my line in the trash. So all you guys who launch there take a close look at your axles on your trailers.
