Are the bass still schooled up in deeper water? Or have they started moving back shallow? Will be headed down to fish the lake next week.

Headed down this Friday going to try and fish between the thunderstorms. Any advice on color of spinnerbaits? I know they seem to like the white down there just not sure what the rain will do to the water and color choices.

Went down on Saturday and fished around the 25 and 26 mile marker. Caught about 15 LMB with about 4 or 5 being keepers. I caught most of mine on a KVD 1.5 crank bait. Fishing in between the docks and out on the lake points coming into the coves. Biggest one was just under 3 pounds. Also caught 2 fish out on the rocks on a 7.5" Texas rigged worm. On Sunday we ran up to mile marker 34 in Hart Hallow Cove. After the rain I was fishing a War Eagle spinner bait in the back of the cove and hooked into a 5 pound LMB! It was a hard bite for me on Sunday but well worth it. Hope everyone had a great weekend of fishing.

I plan on taking my dad on a spring break fishing trip to Oklahoma around March 15. Looking to stay fairly close to the border as we are located in Kansas City. Never been down there and don't have a clue of where I should think about taking him. If anybody has any good places or tips for going down there I would greatly appreciate it.

I have been to Stockton Lake every spring for the last 5 years. In the morning I launch out of the State Park Marina in my old Jon Boat. I try to throw my buzzbaits and frogs on topwater in the morning with no luck. I usually seem to be pretty good with topwater but can't seem to figure Stockton out. Any tips or tricks to figuring Stockton out?
