Put in at CC in the morning roughed it out until 12 Caught 12 keepers and 1 small all of them were males All on minnows in 3-4 fow

I fished zone 2 with barely any luck and saw a few copper heads swimmin' around! I moved to zone 1 right behind the bridge closest to the hatchery around 5:00pm and i caught over 12 rainbows! (I do catch and release by the way) They all bit on the size 14 black ant. It was a pretty good first time there!

Alright is there a certain color i should use for the midges i ushally fish black or red at taney but i have gotten no ideas for roaring river. Thanks

We got up in the mornin and got our boat into the water and started going to the coves. We cought 1 limit with 4 people in the boat at one cove. We took a break during the rain and cleaned the fish. After the rain we got back out onto the water till sundown we cought almost 40 crappie in total! Great day over all. We cought a couple on blue ice buy we cought most of em on crappie minnows (live bait). 2FOW to about 6FOW
