    Lana and Tony got back yesterday from Mile Long Bridge area trolling the crankbaits for crappie with a 16 1/2 pound Flathead and 22 keeper crappie...........good work!

    You can drop lights and live bait is legal.You can only weigh in 15 fish but can limit 15 per person. I think there crazy having one on the 4th weekend !

    I would go buy, hell cut 2 cedars down and tie a rope to them. Get to the spot you like and launch thr trees overboard. Wait 30 mins or 3-4 beers then start fishin. If you don't catch anything,reel the cedars in and go to a different spot and repeat,wait 30 mins or 3-4 beers. After 4 or 5 spots, you won't give a darn if you catch anything or not!!!!

    Got the caps today,ready for the tourney! Just think of it a pre-4th of July celebration. Bring a big butt net. We need to get the hell out of dodge when we set them off!

    Bigfish,take a ton anchor with you to secure the back of the boat.Next,chum with about 10 dozen minnows. let set for about 30 minutes.Take the cherry bombs we got and light toss in the lake and get the net ready. I have a C-4 Permit!

    So, what happened.Did you sink or crash the Minnow?What's this I hear about trolling 20ft up in the woods hung up in thre trees cause you couldn't see!!!!

    Everyone's on the lake today. Tony,my son and pope. All three boats will catch an estimate of 100 fish between them all.Results coming soon!

    Just got back with my neighbor from fishing the mile long bridge area. The rainbow bait and white bait came threw. 15 crappie a piece and a 5 lb channel. 3 short walleye's.Good day!

    The fish are suspended I guess.Trolling with crankbaits that get down 15-18 feet deep. The water is around 30 foot deep in most places.
