  1. Awesome thank you!
  2. Hey all, so I've been fishing the Finley around the park in Ozark quite a bit with pretty good success. Anyways I drove past Lindenlure dam today and it peaked my curiousity. I think it's doable to climb the dam and put a small watercraft in the "lake." Once the water level goes down a bit I'm going to give it a shot. Idk if many of you fish it, but I'll report my catch.
  3. Yeah went back with a couple buddies on the park side and we caught about four. This is the biggest I caught. Also, I'm not stoned I swear.
  4. So today I went to the Finley River for about an hour to check it out. It looks like it would be bass heaven, with all the lily pads and such. However, I only caught one bass. I'd like to give it a shot tomorrow and use my kick boat to fish the other side. I'm just wondering if that side is better or not. I feel like the side the park is on gets a lot of pressure and in hoping the other side will produce alittle more. So if anyone has fished it recently, it would be awesome if you could give me some insight. Thanks!
  5. I don't want to hijack but anyone know how the bass fishing is right now?
  6. It's an inflatable pontoon. Classic Accessories Roanoke. http://www.amazon.com/Classic-Accessories-Roanoke-Inflatable-Pontoon/dp/B00AXUHUNM
  7. Got out for a couple of hours after class yesterday. Fished with a fluke and Ned rig and caught about six goggle eye. I was hoping for a largemouth or smallie but they're still fun to catch. I got pictures of the two largest ones.
  8. Awesome! Thanks for the help. I talked to one guy who was fishing there and he said he used to catch some super nice bass out of there.
  9. Do the fish get pretty active?
  10. Had the day off so I decided to try one of the lakes on this CA. I fished the largest one for about two hours. Only caught one bass, but with 25 mph winds the fishing was tough. Caught her on a spinnerbait. The water was still really cold, but clear. All in all it was a good trip and I'll be back with the kick boat once we have some consistent weather!
  11. Thank you very much! I'm very willing to try explore it, but with going to school and working my time is a little limited. The more direction I have the better.
  12. Yes I am!
  13. Hey all, I live in Springfield and am curious about the Gasconade. I'm just wondering what accesses you guys would recommend. I'm mainly after largemouth, but will take anything I can get at this point. I also have an inflatable pontoon boat so I am pretty mobile on the water. Also, kind of on a side note; I've noticed the Gasconade originates from Hartville Lake. Is that lake worth fishing? I cannot find much information on it. Thanks,
  14. Wow, thank you everyone!! This is awesome!
  15. Thank you for the replies!!! I can't wait to try my luck
  16. Alrighty, I'll keep that in mind. Thank you
  17. Hello everyone. I'm a freshman at MSU, and over Labor day weekend I'd like to do some fishing. I'm not very familiar with the area so I was wondering which lakes around Springfield would be best for bass? I've heard that Fellows lake used to be a great bass fishing lake, but not so much anymore. I was going to try McDaniel lake, and Valleys Water Mill lake/pond. Any other places worth mentioning? Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you,
  18. Hey all! I'm new to this forum and also this area. I'm a freshman at MSU and during Labor day weekend I'd like to do a little fishing/exploring. I've heard that there are some nice bass in Lake Taneycomo. I can't find a whole lot of specific information so I thought I'd ask you guys. Where is the best place to go on Taneycomo for bass? Is there any specific area(s) you guys would suggest? I don't have a boat, but I'm willing to drive or walk a ways to get to some fishing. Or maybe if there's a place I could rent a canoe or kayak to fish from. Like I said I'm new to this area so any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a'million,
