I yes it's good in the morning but not that late in the evening or the afternoon I was catching catfish on a war eagle in the evening yesterday up by High Point

Going this evening to stockton was told bass are good on blue craws right now, has anyone had good luck this weekend?

going to give Stockton a rest for a while planned on going down to aunts Creek in the morning if it anybody's been fishing down there let me know my dad used to take me down there when I was a boy and I'd like to start fishing at again

For the most part over the last 20 years at Stockton I've caught all my bigger bass in the spring and in the fall. But i agree with dan they are scattered this year. And with all the new rain this past year it's pump new water into Stockton or should i say ran into stockton from the river. There are plenty of fish. I see alot of shad up in maze, turkey creek, and up around Aldrich, thats where i have been catching quality bass. But i have been releasing. But crappie i keep, and trust me this coming spring if we do not get another lake rise crappie will be all over the banks since this year was not so great.

So yesterday i was sitting off a point fishing a shaky head, and thought i had one dandy of a bass on, turned out to be a darn drum. So im really wanting to know if the meat is white and flakey, and good to eat like some one said on the forum before. My thoughts are no, or else i would be hearing about how good they are on the forum

Sounds like an ok day those catfish nuggets should be tasty and yes lots of boats there where at least 5 in the am sitting on trees at L5

Found the fish in 2 to 4 feet of water back in shallow coves around highpoint 10 keepers 6 under 14inch. All on spinner bait war eagle. Bought the wife some wiggle warts and of course she starts to catch a limit of slabs while im bass fishing around the water intake in 8 feet of water .

I was thinking that but I didn't say anything that you probably stopped on your way home to keep your fish cold you kept the Forum going anyway don't do that too much or they'll be all over you like that used to be on me lol

Crappie bite was good today, kept 8 to eat. Only one short caught today all between 11-13 inches. Saw my friend mr.price getting some fishing in today.

Looks like coffman cove and the water was that low this past winter. I would say anything is possible, he did say near Aldrich. Who knows ive never heard of it.
