  1. Thursday evening went fishing around Mutton Creek in spawning pockets. Primarily caught on a craw colored spro rock crawler 8-10 fow. My son had 3 on a spinnerbait same depth. Great time with son and grandson. Always fun when fish are active before a front.
  2. Both. Small plopper—color monkey butt?/shad color. Buzz bait—Black and white. Reaction bite.
  3. The weather seemed perfect to go throw top water. Started fishing around 7:30 and last keeper at 1. Sun popped out so went in to dock. It was my personal best day on Stockton with 10 keeper largemouth. 7 on top water and 3 on jig. All shallow around bushes. Largest was 4.37. Fished Sons Creek to Mutton. Jig was 1/2 oz black and blue and usually threw if they missed top water. Camera challenged on a few pictures in the rain. Very healthy fat fish.
  4. Stockton is really producing nice fish. Had 2 over 19 inches and 1-24 inch walleye. Banana bait in fire-tiger trolled 2.4 mph, 8-14 fow. Picked up a few crappie, small mouth on top water. Thanks for the tip on fire tiger. Lots of beds. Bass were biting on anything you cast. Frogs to caroline rig.
