Anyone ever fish up around Blue Spring in the winter? It’s not too far away and wondered if it was worth he trip up river! Thanks.

Fishinwrench, you are pretty sharp! Not the Blue Spring owner, down a bit! I use the Rebel Deep Diver a lot, and Bitsy tubes for goggle eye.

Been catching several smaller smallies around my place and some small goggle eye and brown trout, but I just can’t catch the bigger fish.

New to the board. Love this thread. Been living right on the Niangua for last year, tryin to figure out fishin’ on the river. Grew up a Truman Lake kid, so it’s a little different. Always learning.
