The issue really seems to be those that have a total lack of class, and disregard for all around including themselves.
I understand the thought of not going someplace because you know it's not safe, party haven, yada yada yada....
The Spring River is a natural resource like no other I've been able to experience. I'm from KY and driving 8 hours. I'm driving those 8 hrs becasue there is no natural resource on par with the Spring in KY, IN, OH, TN, etc...
The Spring River is like an awesome sand castle, and all these yahoos causing problems are the hurricane. I agree something must be done to save the sand castle from the raging hurricane, or a rare resource will be ruined forever.
I really want to take my kids, and hopefully grandkids there one day.
I'm just sad that the situation has come to this and that law enforcement has to harrass everyone in hopes that they weed out the masses of drunks, drug users, whatever.
