by mapping do you mean the ability to display maps and not just coordinates?

I am looking at buying a handheld GPS unit for the boat, and was wanting to get your guy's opinion on what unit to get and why. Any pointers would be greatly appriciated, PS I am new to this GPS thing.

do not know specifically about walleye, but I talked to a lady I know and said her husband had real good luck this afternoon, she did not know what he was catchin though

I was browsing the Missouri Dept of Conservation website looking through the list of state record fish. I noticed that they had listed the state record for Nothern Pike 18-9 caught on stockton lake in 1975. Did they use to stock pike up there? I have never heard of any pike up there, anyone know any details about what happened to them? Are there any left?

Hello all, I am from Carthage and am new to lake fishing. I have fished for almost all my life, I am 24, but mostly in local rivers and ponds. I recently graduated from College and now have a "Grown Up" job and I still live at home so I have the disposable income for a boat. I purchased a 1997 Tidecraft 16 ft bass boat in Oct so this will be my first year lake fishing. So far I have had real good luck in Taneycomo, but not much luck anywhere else. I joined the forum to learn as much as I can from the people that have been lake fishing a lot more than I have, most probably for longer than I have been alive. So far I have hit up Stockton and Taneycomo this year, and last year hit up Taneycomo, Table Rock, and Stockton. I am still trying to learn all of the terminology, etc so I apologize ahead of time for all of the stupid questions I may pose I have a lot of disposable time at work sitting in front of the computer most of the day, so I will probably be a regular on here. I got to stockton late in the afternoon on Sunday and was gettin ready to put my boat in and I noticed that the dock @ the boat ramps was gone. I went ahead and put in, fished for a few hours, then came back. I had to beach the boat to get out to pull the truck down, which I really do not like doing cause it scratches up the bottom of my boat. A guy that was already putting his boat up said he was there 2 weeks before and the dock was there then. Anyone heard anything about it?

the thrust washer is all the way down, one thing I was curious about was if the inner part of the hub was suppose to be flush with the rest of the hub or if it is suppose to be sticking up 1/2 inch or so.

I have a 97 Suzuki DT115 motor that I pulled the prop off to get it remanufacutred. It came off real easy, but when I got it back and am trying to install it, there are not enough splines sticking out to attach the spacer to it. any ideas what could cause this? My thought was maybe the hub could have somehow got pushed forward, is this possible? If it is how would I move it back, I thought maybe beating it with a rubber mallet? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
