Hello to all, I am new to this forum and i apologize for posting so late after my fishing trip to the ozarks which was 2 weeks ago. My son was on spring break so i took him and his friend to try and land some crappies. We did pretty good the first 2 days using red and chartreuse jigs with minnow trailers and just minnows. The winds were blowing about 30 mph on Sat. and Sun and temps. dropped rapidly so they just turned off, oh well, thats typical lake ozark weather. We still cleaned 14 that ranged from 11 inches to 14 inches. We have a place on the 42 mile marker and caught most in 8 to 10 feet of water about 6 feet down right above the beds. I know this doesnt help now sorry. I am going back down next week and i will let u know how it was, hopefully i will have a good report. happy fishing gfish
