thanks for the info. Would it be better to go toward Viola or even closer to Shell Knob instead of up in the river?

We are going on vacation next week and we are staying in the upper kings river area above Viola. Never been there before. Can anyone help.

I've been away from fishing for years. I'm stocking up on tackle and I'm ready to go. Got a great deal on a Champion a month ago.Off every wednesday and friday so I'm trying to go out and redevelope my skill. Boy am I rusty and have techniques changed. Live in Nixa so it' a quick trip to the lake. Look forward to hearing from you guys. Anybody that can get off and go on Wed or Fri and you want to run down to the lake let me know would love some company.
