  3. Well said.
  4. I have had good luck with the LC Pointer 100--Ghost Minnow color
  5. Very good boat, everything works, needs nothing. Mercury 200XRI, Motorguide Brute 67lb trolling motor, Prestige tandem trailer, depth finders, onboard charger, good batteries, spare prop, lighted rod lockers. Motor has always ran beautifully and has been well maintained. Custom cover, new tires-brakes and bearings last spring. $7700 would consider trade/partial trade for 18-20 foot welded jon boat -motor- trailer St. Charles MO SOLD________________________
  6. Me, my 2 friends and my 14 year old son went down from Riverton in early June and found ourselves in dangerous spots a few times. We were in jon boats and it was our first time to be on the Eleven Point. We'll try again someday when the water is at normal level.
  7. My buddy and I recently fished the Big Piney too....Overall not too bad, but fun to be out there. I believe I caught a meanmouth bass. Here is a pic of a SM & Meanmouth together. They were caught at the same time, the SM by my friend....................To show the difference, I took a pic of both at the same time. The SM was 15 3/4" the other was 14 7/8".. We too caught mostly small fish but not as many as creekwader. Lots of dragging between holes. A local at Mason Bridge told us the river was up too. The fishing was better before the floaters started coming.. I have read that the meanmouth is a cross between a smallmouth & a Kentucky/spot. We did not catch any Kentuckies at all. Is this a meanmouth??

  9. Thanks bud. I appreciate the info.
  10. riverrat? anybody???
  11. Thanks riverrat. I only know that the boat doesn't drag bottom in a foot of water (motor trimmed up of course). With this boat, would it be any better to start at Riddle??
  12. I am going on a float from hwy 17 all the way to Jerome and am needing advice. Can this float be made in a 20' jon with 90 horse motor?? It is a flat bottom Seaark. I do not plan on using the outboard unless needed, just the trolling motor. Mainly wondering if this boat will get through the shallow spots with the outboard trimmed up. Thanks for any advice.
  13. Can any of you guys tell me if the access there is good enough to launch a jon boat?? New to the site and really like it!
