What did you catch that fish on? Was it caught on a crank or live bait?

I've had a lot of sucess in farmponds and small lakes with dark colored wollybuggers that have rubber legs. Cast to fish feeding on the surface. Strip them in slowly right over the fish's nose.

I was woundering if anyone knows how to catch walleyes this time of year in the beaver creek area of the lake. What location and what types of bait to use, also what depths.
