  4. Yea.... The Renegade Stream Liberators----- ensuring the rite to fish Ozark streams unmolested.......
  5. For those who haven't seen this that flyfishmaster posted, it is pretty good... http://forthefly.wordpress.com/2011/04/11/truthprevailed/
  6. That is an assume story thanks....and to think 27 out of 900+views have signed Chiefs petition(shows how well we Missourians stick together..Ha) Suppose all those who refused to go along and sign to the petition had their fishing license revoked forever. Ya think they'd finally get together for a cause then!!
  7. Probably touching a gravel-bar ( which was 6-8 foot lower than surounding pasture, in the flood zone low-water mark) with ones foot.
  8. I'd make a drive back down their if it would help....All of us....tresspassing my --- Where is it posted on the access points or in the MDC fishing stream regulations (NO WHERE)... So are we going to throw (Chief) one of our own to the (Gestapo State), and say nothing or sign the free kin pettition.... Or whatt......
  9. I believe that if someone interferes or harrasses with a person fishing within the banks of a stream or river that has been accessed by way of a public boat launch put in by the Missouri Department of Conservation, then the harrasser/interferer should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. The state of Missouri has laws in place to keep this from happening and yet it still happens all the time. The only way to stop this type of harrassment and intimidation is to punish the law breakers. This stream, Shoal Creek, has obviously been deemed navigatable by someone in the higher powers of the states government, or the MDC would not have put a public boat launch on the stream in order for the public to navigate it. I, Steve Crawford, a resident and taxpayer of the state of Missouri, demand that something be done in order to correct this wrong doing and to insure that it does not happen again.
  10. It was definitely You-tube material, maby next time he can be caught on tape...
  11. Chief thanks for the invite...Tarrek had a good time, he is a lady friend of ours son I take fishing.... I don't have a fish measuring sticker on the kayak so I referenced off the handle of my rod..any how turns out that some of the biggest brownies I caught were 14''. I stopped counting after catching 12 or so fish, large and small mouth. I was using the gulp 4'' minnow with a 1/16 oz jig head..
  12. Here is the bottom line of the whole thing (does the public have a right of easement on any river in Missouri)
  13. More harassment by a CONTROL freak without(a life)or a warrant, just a big bluff.... Good thing he is not you're next door neighbour...
  14. All I can say to that guy is: that must be a mighty precious piece of FLOOD ZONE. This is a prime example of what (...) man has done with this land since we stole it from (we all know who) we work all year to save up for time off to do exactly what they did every day.....Only some people are CONTROL freaks.....He would have a fit if his property was on the ELK with the ZOO that floats and trashes that stream...
  15. He spent tooooo much time standing up in a john boat ...
  16. Chief are we going to be floating down to Lime Kiln? Looks like you got some rain last night.. Don't know a thing about this area....Leaving KC. Sat. morn... All the years going down to Noel-Pineville etc. as a kid in the 60's we never fished Shoal Creek.

  20. Yea and Sat. morning up here NO wind....
  21. No' fishing in general won't be the same any more without my little fishin buddy. My Schnauzer "Bear" was with us for almost 17 yrs. He was my shadow my wife said. Always with me either in the shop, in the truck, watching me cut the grass ,it didn't matter. He loved it outdoors, hanging arroud our pond stiring up frogs as he waded arround it. He would watch my bobber wating for the next fish to be reeld in and start barking if the action wasen't hapening fast enough. He loved it in the boat, I remember Dad and I took him out on Truman lake one time . We were tied up to a tree crappie fishing, Bear was walking around the edge of the deck and the next thing we know he face dives off the edge of the boat, popping up with a surprised look in his face, dad got a big laugh out of that... But fishing the Little Niangua out of my canoe was a real joy. I remember loading up and heading out at 4 in the morning to be on the river by 7 several times, exploring different areas each time. In 08 we went on a 3 day camping trip camping a Cedar Camp and fishing different stretches each day. On one instance I remember I hooked up to a brush pile that had a lot of floating sticks tree limbs freshly down. Well Bear decides it looks walkable so he gets out of the front seat and walks out on-to that mess, lucky I got him back in before he fell through... "My Bear boy" you will be missed for a very long time..... Last year pics..... His last time on the river last year.....He had diabetes for 2 yrs...

  24. Still for sale...I'll post a pic of the seats later...
  25. Well back to this yak the deck is on and epoxy coated...
