I think I oughta make my presence known on the board I have been flyfishing since I was 10 (I turn 26 tomorrow ) flytying since about 15, and rod building since about 20. I love to fish and tie and build rods not to mention hunt. I have just recently started to fish Taney but most of the time you can find me chasing carp in north west Missouri (KC area... ish) on a fly or looking for some nice big gills with the 2wt. I'll give you a small taste of the fish that I and the wife hooke at Taney that will keep us going back. First the little ladies nice bow (just a hir shy of 20" on a size 20 scud) and now my little stocker brownie. Steve

Duane, ever since I saw your post on TFF about the cast and blast I want to do that so bad... I'll have my shotgun in the car just in case, I'm gonna bring the perker this time too so we can hit the coffee!!! 10 time stronger and more potent than a Mountain Dew any day... atleast the way I make it. I doubt Megan will be fishing the night this time but she really does want to make it to the river a couple times while we are down that way. See yall' there. Oh yeah I'm gonna bing some corn bread. Well I would like to say hello to all and let you know though I have loved lurking on this great forum, thanks to Phil (just so you know who to blame) I have finally been able to become a member and will be able to put some faces to names at the end (and begining) of the year. I have only fished Taney once for three days/nights with duckydoty and a couple of his friends but am looking forward to making it a much more regular occurance. Looking forward to seeing you all there and catching a few fish. Steve
