  7. It's the Kansas Bass Federation Buddy Circuit.
  8. Hey guys thanks for all the great info! Denjac said he had better luck out of the Pom arm. I've only been in the Tebo and Osage arm. Where do you think we should focus at? Is there one arm that is better then most for points and willows? Once again thanks for the great info. Shane
  9. Coming up this weekend any advice on what the fish are doing. All main lake points? Thank for your help Shane
  10. I can' t find good information on the Truman site, so I was hoping I could pick the minds of some you who has experience with Truman. The lake is very high but is dropping. Any areas you think I should try and what works well up there at this time of year. Obviously the fish won't be suspended in ft of muddy water. Any kindly advice would be greatly appreciated. Or anyone I could talk to? Take Care, Shane
  11. Thanks for the info.
  12. Hey Guys, My brother-in-laws who don't fish much are coming into town next week. We're going to be fishing around Indian Point. I figure night crawls will be the best way to get them into some fish. How do you guys rig your earth worms? Do you let some hang off and wiggle, or push all of it on there? I haven't fished much down by Indian Point so if you know some good location to try I would greatly appreciate. Thanks for all the great info.
  13. Kansas implemented a new rule this year, no wake within 200 ft. of a bridge, dock, or anchored "mooring" boat. They said its a no tolerance law so tickets will be giving.
  14. I wonder if they have all ten gates open now. If so, what will that do to the landing?
  15. With the current strikes against us (Cold-Muddy-and Falling Water), it should only take a couple fish a day to win a tournament this weekend. As far as where you would focus on, would water temps or try to find the clearest water be most important? And would that be at the dam or which river arm would you guys focus on? Are the fish pulled up shallow in the flooded cover in the back of coves or are they more positioned on main lake points and secondary points? Or is there any other structure that I should try? One last question, what's your top lure choices for the season and conditions. Thanks boys for all the insightful information you can give us - it's much appreciated. If you guys are having trouble its going to be a long weekend!!!! Thanks, Shane.
  16. Aaron Martens weighted in 42lbs the first day. Scott Campbell had the big bass of the day it weighted 13.2!!!! Need to take a trip to the border!!
  17. You bet Larry. I've been there a couple of times and its a fun lake. It has a lot of a 4, 5, and 6lbs LM's with some big K's also. I'll report back.
  18. The tournament is on Lake Hudson. With the water temps in the lower 50's but a nice warming trend all week do you think these fish will be up shallow? What pattern would you focus on? Do you think the fish will be on the main lake or moving towards the back of coves? There are some main lake bluffs down toward the dam that hold some chuck K's which won it last year, but condition are different now. The lake also has some very long coves that are full of timber, but with the recent rains it could be very stained. How about main lake cuts? One more question if these K's stage on these bluffs where would they spawn at? What would look for on a lake map that would push you toward a spawning ground for K's and LM's. You guys are a wealth of knowledge and really love the site and all the insight. Thanks, Shane
