Good person as well as good guide. We landed 5 keepers with one 28 in. Also boated several keeper KYs as a bonus. What a great fish fry that evening. I have also fished with Daryl and Tom. They are great for stripers, but use different techniques. If you are taking kids, I would recommend Tom. I think they will enjoy live bait with Tom rather than jigging with Daryl. My two grandsons limited out with Tom last summer. I don't think the smile will ever come off their faces.

Wow, that's amazing. I just put in for PTO Friday to give it a try my self. Guess one of us will be following the other . What are you going to try for and from the bank or boat?

There is a good article in the current issue of In-Fisherman on cats in MO-KS lakes in Feb/Mar. Covers the migration up on flats chasing shad when they go shallow in the spring. Also covers fishing top water for cats. That would have to be a treat. Now, if the weather would just warm a bit. If you can't find the article, let me know and will send you details.
