Anyone ever fish this lake for bass? Are there alot of trees to watch out for like Truman?

Anyone know what type of water Suggs was fishing at the FLW a few weeks ago. I know he was fishing suspended fish in tree tops over 100 feet of water but i was wondering if he was fishing inside the creeks or out on the main lake. Sounds like he was fishing out on the bluffs somewhere to be fishing that deep. Anyone know what his general area was? I used to fish this way year ago in early March on main lake chaneel swings and was wondering if Suggs was doing the same thing.

I would leave the split shots and the finesses stuff at home this year. Your going to need the heavy stuff for flipping bushes and getting back in the thick stuff. The water will be high and stained to muddy when you get there end of April. Those mojo rigs and shaky head stuff is for the clear and low water conditions.
