I use and LOVE the Great Divider Boat bag by Patagonia. It is not cheap but worth every penny. Very waterproof and good size. Small enough for the boat storage yet big enough for all my reels, lines, fly boxes, headlamp and all the crap I have accumulated. in the boat I grab the whole thing...I wading or kayaking I just take what I need for the day for my chest pack/pockets. Waders go in a mesh wader bag, for the times I don't get them hung up to dry right away.
