Since I am relatively new to trout fishing Taneycomo, (just started this spring with Leonards help) I don't know how qualified I am to comment. I haven't caught a brown over 20 inches yet but in my three trips so far this year the 18 & 19 inch ones I have caught have be a BLAST!! So bigger ones would be bigger fun!

I'd say that you have caught one of about everything possiable down there this spring! It's a season to remember. Jeff

Just seen the trophy pic. He's large but not very colorful. I wonder if you could make an MMS instead of a PMS to catch trout?

Yeah, you could say I was having fun! I fished until about 3:30am. Caught 26 bows from 14 to 19 inches. I was going to head home around 2am but just couldn't make myself walk away! Great Time! Hey Leonard, you forgot all about that 24 inch TROPHY MUSKRAT that I caught on the midge!! Thanks again Leonard. I may try and get back down this coming Sunday or Monday night. Jeff

I would like to see the look on the faces of the hatchery guys we those other fish head up the fish ladder and into the hatchery pools. Looks like you may need a scorecard to keep track. Good Fishing, Capt. Bly

Hello, I found this site recently which lead me to talk to Leonard about night fishing at Taneycomo. He still thinks we can catch trout next weekend. Whaddya think about that? Great Site, Jeff B.
