    The headline is ambiguous, but the reporters clarified with their imagery (pictures of guys in waders)... The whole report was hilariously confusing for someone who's familiar with the actual law.. (or for one who's familiar with the sport of fishing at all) As wrench pointed out, all people will get is the basics unless it has to do with cell phone technology or their x-box.

    I've heard of getting some of your facts wrong, but uh... This morning I was watching the news and the headline report was "Waders are banned in trout parks", and of course Rob got the details wrong.. I'm looking forward to his update on that, he'll be at Roaring River tomorrow morning, where all the fishermen will be wearing their waders.

    Hmm, bout ten minutes in the fella referred to "my river"... I was implicitly informed recently that no one OWNS the river and we aren't allowed to refer to it as "mine". But imma do it anyways. lol

    What change was made to the regs, if you don't mind my asking.. Our state is currently considering the possibility of a reg change, but some aren't sure of what change should be made and what impact it would have on our fisheries. So.. Do tell!

    This is the Ozarks, sir... Where "if it's free it's for me... I'll take three!!" It'll be packed. But don't let that stop you! Plenty of opportunity for witnessing to fishermen as they undo their tangled lines and such, ya know.. Might just win over a few souls!!

    I am working that morning and participating in the local "donkey basketball" game that evening... So I probably won't make it opening day.     Upstream from the HWY 5 bridge, it's a low water crossing on Atlanta Rd. Isn't Chief currently facing down a trespassing charged based upon that assumption as well? (FWIW I think it's BS too, but just like last time, when the deputy shows up they don't accept print outs or arguments.. We did attempt it and you could see the tempers on the bank begin to flare! I tend to shy away from arguments with authority figures who are being unreasonable.. But I agree the ambiguity of the "law" is getting a bit old round these parts.)
