I would recommend moving away from vests the willy j fanny packs are great and you will get that weight off of your shoulders

There are a lot of the people within this industry that do not like one another but the start ones do not put the other people down. This is a small industry (whether we think that it is or not) and we need to support one another. I can understand put down bass pro but another shop, come on. I know alot of the guys on team USA and they if they knew that you were bashing another industry pro's and then representing yourself as a future member of the team they would give you the beating you deserve. If putting others down to make yourself feel better is what you have to do I feel bad for you. I am sure that you are a great angler, but it sounds like you have a confidence issue. You can be a good angler who is humble and represents himself with confidence and you will be recieved better then a great angler who no one wants to be around becuase he is cocky. You can get alot of good information from alot of places. Although it is in your best intrest to go to some one like Michael (for example) becuase they will be looking out for your best intrest. The simple fact is that poeple like Michael want you to catch fish.
