Someone told me , that hybrids and stripers run white river to the spillway below sequoyah, is there any truth to this???? i saw a picture of a nice hybrid (10 +) the guy had on his phone, he told he caught it in January .... has anyone fished down there when its this cold???

Heading down to the dam friday ...just wondering if anyone is fishing down there??? if so hows the water?? are you catching any??? in using spin tackle not a flyrod fwi....any feedback would be appreciated!!!

I fish it in the summer..right outside of jane, we had a few 75+ fish days mostly smallmouth in the 10-12 inch range.. and a few in the 14inch + range..a friend of mine caught one close to 4 pounds there last year...i use small tubes and craws mostly ...its a great creek to wade...
