  1. Thanks for the report Mike! We will be up this next week, Sun. till Sat. camping at Hyw. 125 and fishing walleyes on that part of the lake. Haven't been back to the Bull in a couple years due to high water and the improving bite on Beaver. I fish out of a Ranger Angler, maybe I'll see you on the water. Good fishing! Glad to hear the walleye bite is good.
  2. Is Richman creek above Neills Bluff, and was the guy fishing from a boat or from shore? I'm not familiar with Richman, but I would like to get on some early walleyes. Are eyes caught on the War Eagle arm, anyone? I've been down below Beaver dam and getting a few(very few). Thanks for any info!
  3. You ever fish Grand Lake in Oklahome? I heard the bass bite is not too bad right now. Look for Grand Lake reports from earlier this month on this sight. Good luck!
  4. You probably have to catch both to claim the prize..
  5. King's Marine in Rogers. Steve Sanders, I believe, is the name of the man that repaires the fibrerglass on the bottom of my hull. Did a good job.
  6. Thanks Stump bumper! That's one area I haven't tried yet but seems very logical. I may try pitching jigs tipped with a half crawler up in the shallows. I hope we don't get too much more precip...
  7. Spahog, is the ramp at Lost Bridge South usable? It's about a 1 1/2 hour drive so I'd like to know before going over! If anyone else knows, they can respond. I hope to catch some walleyes. The water out of PC to Rocky Branch is still very stained and the walleye bite is tough to none existence. I'm hoping the lower end of the lake might be more productive. Any other walleye fishermen out there? Any reports that could help? Good fishing to all!
  8. I drove down from NW Ark. over the weekend to check things out- I'd heard the water was 20" high, so I wanted to check out and see what a couple campgrounds looked like for future reference. Water was still 19' high, but fairly clear near the Narrows. Report is that a few walleyes are still being caught, but much tougher bite with the water up. Things are to improve as the water stabilizes and starts to go back down..
  9. Thanks for the info, if I go I'll report- I may go up to Stockton..
  10. Thanks Quillback, may try to fish walleye on that end of the lake weather permitting!
  11. What's the ramp conditions at Lake Mont Shores and the crappie report on Drowning Creek end of the lake. Thanks!
  12. I'm considering a walleye trip to Greers- I used to fish the "Johnson Hole" on the south fork of the Little Red in Feb. & early March back in the late 70's & 80's when they had the National walleye tourney out of Fairfield Bay, and I saw some enornous(middle teens) walleyes caught. I'd like to come down because Beaver is very high and muddy. I want to camp maybe at Sugarloaf Rec. area or somewhere on the lake that might give me access to some active walleyes if that's happening yet. I BB and tie my own crawler harnesses and that's my favorite way to fish for them. Any info or reports would be appreciated. Can't seem to find any reports on-line. Are there other sites that give reports I might look at? Thanks again! Will report here when I come down..
  13. Guys, are the ramps and courtesy docks usable at Lost Bridge North or South? Thinking about trying that end of the lake if I can get in. It's an hour and a half drive, so trying to find out about the ramps before I make the long drive. Thanks for any info- well it's raining again here this morning in Gentry so don't know!..
  14. What are your favorite MegaBass colors for Beaver, Table Rock, Stockton, or Bull Shoals walleye fishing? Thought I might order a few myself..
