Hello all....I am new to this forum and I actually joined this morning for the purpose of asking a question. I have an original pre cotton-cordell Big O fishing lure that was made and signed by Fred C. Young. There is also a number (maybe a serial number??) #1669 in the lower left from the bill (if you were looking at the lure head on). This lure was given to my Late Father quite a few years ago by my uncle in Oak Ridge Tenn. where he worked with Mr. Young at the nuclear plant. It has been sitting in a ceramic mug for some time now and I'd hate to use it if it were a collector's item.
