    Hi Guys and Gals Down from Illinois. Fished 10-4 today. 31 fish probably 8 keepers. Most on drop shot 38-42 fow. Lure in 28-30 over or in tree tops. Certainly do appreciate all the reports you guys give. Helped out a lot!

    I have had 2 real close calls on TR. First was at 13 bridge south pier. Had a bass rig go between myself and the rip rap full speed. Scared the Sh** out of me. Second had a jet skier stop dead in front of me while I was wide open. Hard turn to right and killed the throttle. When I stopped I was not more than 5 ft from them. I was so flabbergasted that I could not even cuss them out. All I can say is watch out for yourself. No one else is. Coming down in August can't wait.

    Hello all came out of lurking to give a report. Down on vacation for a bit. Average fishing for me, several shorts with a keeper or two per day. Fishing drop shot and split shot with 4 in Yamamoto worm. I went on a guide trip with Don House on Tuesday. Real Gentleman and a good teacher. Thanks Don. Have noticed that the drop shot fish have moved alittle shallower. Today I caught em in 18-22 foot in the dam area.

    +1 for the Chateau. We stay there one or two times a year, Spring and Summer/Fall. Little pricey but always clean with friendly people.
