  1. I visited w/ Georgios Psaros in Stockholm last winter. He was very patient and forthcomming with his reel concept. The drag is designed to be manipulated with your fingers- sort of like palming the rim, only in this case you never touch the rim, instead you apply pressure to the rollers. He explained the purpose of the reel is to persue trout and thus his reel drag is an appropriate measure, all things considered. Needless to say, I came home with one and have used it on my local stream. It has performed flawlessly and is a plesure to own- it is quite a showpiece!   2. These ping-pong-ball look-alikes are fantastic strike indicators. I use the medium sized about 2' above an overweighted sowbug to much success in the White River Tailwaters.
