Gentlemen, My name is Scott Whitman and I live in Tulsa along the river. I am an avid fly fisherman and enjoy chasing striper along the Arkansas. I recently met with the Oklahoma Wildlife dept. and am very concerned about the future of the striper fishery. I have determined that unless we unite to address our concerns regarding the future dams to be constructed, they will surly damage the trophy striper fishery we curently enjoy. I have contacted Striped Bass Unlimited and am in the process of starting a Tulsa Chapter. Additionaly, I am a casting instructor through FFF and plan to contact them for support as well.
