Wondering if anybody knows anything about Dissident Boats. Reputation, Quality, etc, etc. Thanks for any info!!!!!

I have found a mid - 90's Champion River Jon for sale. Was just wondering if anybody knew anything about these boats or had any expereince with them. It seems to be a nice boat but looks can be deceiving. I know they have not made them the last couple of years and I think Champion was bought by Stratos. Thanks in advance for any guidance.
