I have been seeing quite a lot of spoons in the river . I would say since the fish did not snap your line right then and their that it was a spoon. -
I am new to the web. Ihave been fishing fellows for alot of years. If you want to catch muskies you need to fish on rainy overcast days. My partner and I have caught as many as 12 in a day. several of them being over the 25lb plus range. I through spinerbaits, big jerkbaits in the weeds. GOOD LUCK
