Right...I know about the piers/jettys...thanks. What would be a good set up for him? He's not going to be able to cast and retrieve frequently. Would you recommend something like a jig under a float?
Just want something that will maximize his opportunity for success and enjoying himself.
related question: If someone that is NOT mobility-impaired is using a jetty or other spot designed for handicapped...is it kosher to ask them to move on?
Taking my mobility-challenged FIL fishing Saturday. Looking for advice on where to place him and what sort of rig to help him fish. He'll be using an ultra light spinning combo.
Anyone have any pictures of a "gut" fly? I hear that the common practice at Bennett is for people to clean their fish in the stream, and the trout go after anything that looks like fish entrails.
