I see a lot of people on here that talk about catching a lot of fish on Taylor and Iron bridge. I have spent three full days starting at 6:00 am and ending around 5:00 pm walking up and down the banks and all I've caught were two very small, small mouth. Now I'm not complaining, a bad day fishing is better than a lot of things, I just would like to know what you guys are doing that works so well. I'm new to this area, and its not like fishing back home where I new all the "spots" well. So if anyone has any good advice I would appreciate it.

Hi everybody, I just moved to Springfield MO not to long ago real close to Stockton lake. Ive fished most of my thirty years and usually fared pretty well. But being new to the area I don't know where to go and every time I fish Stockton I don't even get a bite. I don't know what I'm doing wrong , could some one give me some advice that would help with the bass and crappie. Keeping in mind I have to fish from the shore. Thanks in advance.
