I stopped by Boathouse Lake in Carondelet Park yesterday evening and the fountain was on. I didn't catch any trout (bass and bluegill) but another guy I saw did.

I recently got a reel with this line on it but don't need it. It's the current generation that's two tone color (I think the color scheme is camo/beige but here's a picture to give you an idea of what it looks like). Condition is practically new. I demo'd the rod and reel (TXL 4710, by the way it works VERY well with that rod) that this was paired with a little while back and it was pretty much new then and hasn't really been used since. Done deal This rod is brand new with warranty card. I had this same CT but it got cracked and Redington sent me a brand new one in my same (lightly soiled) tube. Amazing rod for the money. In new condition with warranty card. $105 shipped -or- I'd be interested in trading the rod for some fly tying stuff. SOLD PENDING PAYMENT I'm selling my pretty much brand new Redington Rise 3/4 reel - $80 shipped to your door in the lower 48 (anywhere else + actual shipping). I've had it for about 3 weeks and have used it 10 or so times with no problems at all. Also, I've compared this reel to the current version of the Orvis Large Arbor and their spools interchange and the mechanics look to be identical. I really like this reel but I'm scratching up a few bucks for a purchase and I already have a reel that works pretty well on my 3 wt rod. What I'm looking for in trade is a light weight (sub 3 oz) large arbor reel like a 3100 or Click II. Obviously, this would not be an equal trade so I'd be willing to put forth some cash.
