I caught a white bass last night that when I brought it in had someones line wrapped around it. I started pulling on the line and pulled up a huge drum, alive. He had broke off the line from someone else. It was one of the strangest things I have ever done fishing, not sure how the bass got tangled and stayed tangled. I will be headed down tomorrow about 6ish. Red Triton 21' glass boat Give me a shout if you figure out where the fish are I know I need all the help I can get.

Yeah in a boat. We fished the north shore for a while with only a few small whites. All kinds of drum and gar all around and shad everywhere. Probably will try that again. Thanks

I may try to go back down friday evening. I'd like to try to get into some big hybrids.

We went last night. Running some water and fishing was ok. Caught a bunch of little crappie and several white bass but nothing huge. People on the bank were catching some of both also. Also had a couple catfish, Largemouth and a spoonbill. Sort of wide variety night. But we never got wet. Caught most ours on berkley gulp alive 3" minnows. Few boats there maybe 7-10 but didn't look like anyone was just killing them
