this may sound a little cheesy, but i would just like to say that this website is awesome, what an idea and in my opinion the best use for the internet i've seen yet!!! thanks to the creators, moderators, administrators and whoever else has a hand in keeping this thing going. again you guys deserve a big pat on the back for this!!!

going to go out for the first night trip of the year tonight, wish me luck, i'm going to try for some cats, i've heard they have been picking up a little bit, i'll be trying a bait that i was turned on to, chicken livers mixed with the powder from some mac and cheese, a little garlic, and a can of sardines. that's why you should wish me luck and i'll let you know how it turns out!

thanks for the tip on the bait, and i'd love to tag along sometime. for lager carp have you tried up around the highpoint area near aldrich, some pretty good ones there 15 pounds plus, those are my old stomping grounds and used to hook into some really big ones. also have caught some larger than that up at caplinger mills right about the time that the water starts rising after they turn the water loose at the dam. also not bad crappie and cats there at the right times,

hello to all, i'm a avid fisherman who usually fishes private ponds, which a couple of days ago yeilded me a ten pound largemouth a little over 25 inches, but more serious about night time fishing good ole lake stockon for cats and carp, any good bait recipes for either of these fish?
