I was there over the weekend for the first time this year. Worst fishing conditions I've seen in the 3 years I've been going there. I've never seen it that muddy.

From my experience, that's a drift fishing area. Pull the boat up to the edge of the C and R area and drift back to the mouth of Sylamore. Lots and lots and lots of stockers in that area if you are fishing for a meal.
