Just got back from bennett last friday. the old kapok flys work really well. With a spinning reel tie them on and then put some weight on about 18 to 24 inchs up and cast up stream and let it bump down stream. My six year old caught his first trout that way on the first cast within a few minutes. White 3" curly tail grubs work really well too. Last year I caught 15 in under 45 minutes at the suzie hole.
