  2. Those buoys say Do Not Enter, and were supposed to be at Hwy 60 bridge during construction to keep people away from the bridge while large equipment was in the area. And yes as soon as you put a trolling motor on, you have to have the boat(pond prowler) registered.

Not to add fuel to Bill's fire, but you can water ski at Fellows. But seriously Bill, Fellows lake is 1000 acres, and if you cant find someplace quiet to fish, i'll be glad to give you the first 20 dollars to fill your gas tank to go up north.
  4. Went to Taylor this afternoon, caught several whites and on 15 inch walleye. Seen quite a few whites being caught.
  5. Guess the new fishing license design will have a rainbow background for 2011. And you will be required to have a gay bass stamp also.
  6. Yep your right, there are only 9 fish left in Springfield Lake. Back in January, i took 4 largemouth, the smallest one being 16 inches. Springfield Lake just receives alot of fishing pressure. But there are still some good spots to fish from the bank even.
  7. Blunk does get crowded, but it is still a good place to fish for whites ans spoonbill.
  8. Can't wait to get my hands on a 3 eyed fish.....roflmao. Have eaten fish from Springfield Lake for years and never have had a problem. Just my opinion, though.
  9. Most of the trails around the 60-65 interchange are closed right now due to construction. And Springfield police department is more than willing to write tickets for going around the barricades. Only know this because the company i work for is hauling the concrete for the new intersection.
  10. Looking for a flatbottom boat. Would prefer 12-14'......somewhere around $300.00.
  11. Was wondering if anyone was catching anything below the darn yet. Crappie, walleye anything.......... any help is appreciated.
